Margaret Thatcher Projects

Gallery in The Chelsea 23rd area

Add this to my venues

Since 1998, Margaret Thatcher Projects has showcased the work of mid-career and emerging artists whose notions of painting stretch beyond the scope of conventional approaches and materials. Originally specializing in reductive abstraction, the gallery’s program has expanded to encompass painting, sculpture, drawing and installation by artists working in both abstract and figurative idioms. The program’s roster of artists, however, is united by a profound interest in process and materials.
