Air Circulation is an art space in Bushwick, Brooklyn occupying an 1100 sf space in a commercial building located at 160 Randolph St, Brooklyn NY.

Air Circulation is not a traditional gallery: we think of it as a zone of artistic research and play. We are interested in content, narrative and experience. Our exhibition programming will be organized around thematic blocks, each opening will also feature an audience participation event/performance. The first 8 forthcoming shows are contextualized by topics of food, nutrition, human digestive biology and global food politics. We are developing various special events and workshops related to our themes.

The initial concept for the gallery was developed in late 2013 by Steven Miyao (director/c0-owner) and Marcin Ramocki (artistic director/co-owner). The team was completed by JC Kole, Jem Porcaro and Ashwin Vasan who serve as special event coordinators, fundraisers and co-owners.
