Ortuzar Projects

Gallery in The Lower Manhattan area

Add this to my venues

Founded by Ales Ortuzar in 2018, Ortuzar Projects is a project space in Tribeca dedicated to promoting international artists that have played critical roles in the 20th and 21st century art historical canon but have not received recent exposure in the United States.

Ortuzar Projects will present exhibitions in collaboration with artists’ estates, foundations, and representing galleries. While the scope of the project is contained to a two-year timeline, it will seek to provide these artists with a lasting, expanded visibility through exhibitions and the publication of significant scholarly catalogues.
