BOSI Contemporary

Gallery in The Lower East Side area

Add this to my venues

BOSI Contemporary was established by Sandro Bosi, art dealer active in New York and London. Operating in both primary and secondary markets, the gallery occupies the space at 48 Orchard Street (between Grand and Hester) on the Lower East Side in NYC. The gallery focuses on creating a dynamic space for artists, and other art practitioners, to realize their vision and establish a platform for discourse that will nurture a thoughtful and creative community as well as attract new audiences. International in scope, the gallery exhibits and communicates the work of both emerging and well-established artists, selected for their unique aesthetic language and fascinating vision.

Our objective is to present an ambitious annual program that comprises at least six exhibitions accompanied by publications and catalogues and includes an annual museum exhibition devoted to a historic or established artist, periodically reinforced by the participation of guest curators. The central concern when establishing our program is to create a space in which an artist can present a single important work or a coherent body of work within a focused environment.
