Our perception of the outside world has changed. We view everything differently now. A view outside a window no longer just a view. Ceci n’est pas une pipe. We have more longing, more feeling, more compassion. A well- known film director called, not texted, people he hadn’t spoken to in years. He said that the normal reaction would have been “What do you want?”.
Now it’s “How great to hear from you!”.
