poster for “Phase - from Me to You” Exhibition

This event has ended.

This exhibition displays artworks of two different generations, portraying the contrast in self-identification and the awareness of relationships between parents who grew up in different countries and their children born in the United States.

While parents have raised their children subjectively, the growing generation views their parents in an objective perspective.

In this exhibition, we aim to reveal the sentiments the parents and children have for one another through the representation of the process of independence in their artworks.

Additionally, we hope to express the differences in our values of sincerity, justification, and beauty through the influence of cultural variation, and to illustrate the ways it vastly influences our individual art styles.
