The Painting Center presents Alyce Gottesman’s solo exhibition, COSMOS : BEAUTY in its Main Gallery.
Alyce Gottesman continues her ongoing examination of organic abstraction with a process-driven approach to her painting. With a variety of surfaces and materials, she explores and experiments with swirling paint, gestural lines and color.
Her work has been exhibited extensively in the NY metro area and is in many private, public and corporate collections. She is a recipient of the NJ State Council on the Arts Fellowship, a Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation Fellowship and was awarded a residency at Virginia Center for the Creative Arts. Recent exhibition venues include the Paul Robeson Gallery in Princeton, NJ, Johnson & Johnson World Headquarters Gallery and Alfa Gallery in New Brunswick, NJ.
