Petzel Gallery present Traditional Contemporary, a grouping of new works by New York-based artist Adam McEwen. Comprised of large-scale drawings on paper and wall-mounted sculptures, Traditional Contemporary echoes themes previously explored by McEwen to create a disquieting opposition of the familiar momentarily made unfamiliar.
McEwen’s work is included in MOMA PS1’s Greater New York, 2015. His first solo show with the gallery is scheduled for March 2016.
