In this mid-season show, the artists explore themes from the natural world that compel each artist to stop and take stock. Sarah E. Brook’s work conjures her memory of the arid Nevada landscape in which she was raised, choosing materials to evoke this environment. Susan Greenstein’s watercolor paintings reflect the rhythms and patterns created when architecture and nature are juxtaposed. Amy Williams’ photographs capture the subtle nuances of color and gesture through the spark and dance of a summer’s bonfire.
