Seiichiro Okuno was born in 1991 in Tochigi in Japan. Spending much time in nature from the childhood term, he has cherished sensitivity of art from a flower, an insect, or the sea. By drawing a picture, he came to express the natural world soon. In 2010, he started art activities, when he was a college student. The theme of his work is an ornament and motifs are people and a plant. Many of works are the paper-cutting. He would like to tell discovery and surprise with his art.
