The Japanese Artists Association of New York (JAANY) presents its 41st Annual Exhibition & Small Works for Japan Relief. JAANY was founded in 1972, Japanese Artists Association, a non-profit organization, with membership of approximately fifty artists in the metropolitan area, was established to assist social advancement and research efforts to Japanese Artists in the New York City area by assisting Japanese artists living and working in New York and organizing exhibitions of member’s works, and related Japanese works. In addition, JAANY was set to establish an information center for Japanese visual arts and to help improve cultural relations, and exchange information between Japan and the United States.
