Presenting the fifth solo exhibition of works of abstractionist Linda Touby featuring large scale paintings from her latest series entitled "Pigeons." Touby paints in the morning when the sunlight entering her studio is softer and does not oppose the colors in the layers of paint. Her works go through many stages, as she layers on her medium of choice, often removing and adding new layers to produce the final painting. She prefers that her paintings remain unframed, as many of them have details on the edges that are important to the entire composition.
