Gallery 151 presents an exciting dynamic show introducing new young artist MIA BERG debuting her photography and film with her advisor and guest artist, the critically acclaimed SPENCER TUNICK. MIA BERG affects the audience by depicting a setting in which an individual exists alone in a mass of nature. SPENCER TUNICK affects the audience by depicting a setting in which nature is overcome by a mass human occupation. However, unexpectedly in this exhibition, TUNICK displays photography that captures BERG's process. Each artist is a distinctive voice in the discussion of the human impact on our global existence.
This exhibition captures MIA BERG's self portraits in nature along with
photographs by Spencer Tunick of Ms. Berg working, documenting her natural abandon in the solitude of the landscape with camera and tripod. The two collaborate over the process and let each other into their own visions as their relationship continues one snapshot at a time.
