On October 9th to the 10th the work of Caroline Bergonzi will be on displayed in the Angel Orensanz Gallery from October.
Born in the beautiful Principality of Monaco, Caroline Bergonzi has been a full time artist since 2007, creating captivating paintings and sculptures. She does this all while still continuing her studies in psychology, which she applies to her art.
Since arriving in New York City Bergonzi has drawn from the reality of the urban and diverse environment, utilizing it in her work. Besides drawing inspiration from her environment she also finds it in the fields of science and spirituality, as well as everyday things likes movies and dancing. By using these inspirations she is able to create symbolic pieces of work that are still relatable, recognizable to the average viewer.
Bergonzi has always kept a childlike curiosity as she continues to grown and learn. It is this curiosity that has left her able to constantly learn and improve, as well as her preference for being a “perpetual beginner”. Using her new experiences and lessons to create new striking pieces of art.
