Y Gallery presents Inside Out a new body of work by Elliott Lloyd. Immersed in Abstract Expressionism since the 60’s, Lloyd conveys a series of seemingly unrelated visual events as part of his process of creation, focusing on the distance between conception and culmination. Through his layering of transparent surfaces, Lloyd’s latest body of work alludes to the very first contact between sight and canvas, the envisioning moment towards the development of a painting.
