Kirk Reinert, a master painter in the genres of fantasy, horror, and science fiction, will debut a new collection of original fine art at Animazing Gallery of SoHo. The exhibition & sale, entitled Hooch, Cooch & Scootching, sheds unique light on the drama and life of the brothels, parlors, and speakeasies of early 20th century New Orleans. Fifteen original paintings will be on display and for sale.

ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Kirk Reinert established his own studio in 1981 after a career in commercials and illustration. He created more than 200 book covers, including Clive Barker novels and a series for Conan The Barbarian. His conceptual designs have been used for both major motion pictures and album covers. He has been invited to exhibit numerous paintings at the Society of Illustrators Museum of American Illustration, in New York City, and focuses primarily on studio art.
