This event has ended.

Eusheen’s knowledge of glass came well before he actually stood in front of a torch. In 1998 he was selling pipes out of a shop in his native Oregon, not making them. After a couple years watching his friends and colleagues make pipes and with their unrelenting encouragement Eusheen finally put glass to fire. It took him just three attempts to make his first functional pipe. “I was blown away! I realized the medium of borosilicate glass is so different than other mediums.” Glass provided endless possibilities in form, color and expression. Continued education and study alongside respected pipers Darby Holm and Banjo helped Eusheen elevate his work even further. With several flame-off competitions under his belt, he hit the road in 2008 to teach classes and demonstrate his technique across the country and most recently in Australia and Japan.
Eusheen’s show, aptly titled Flow On, exemplifies the experience, dedication and practice it takes to make each piece fit together seamlessly. His meticulous and symmetrical line work has earned him recognition across the glass scene as one of the best in the industry. Vivacious colors, psychedelic patterns and marble adornment entice the viewer to look closer, longer and harder to take in every little detail of his aquatic and alien-looking creations.
