"Ceramics NYC" Exhibition

The exhibition features four contemporary ceramicists working in New York City: Eric Bonnin, Darin Gerhke, Lynn Goodman and Matthew Yanchuk. There a number of excellent community based ceramics programs as well as long standing and new ceramics co-op studios in New York that make the city a creative center for ceramics. This exhibits brings together a few of ceramicists from different parts of the city. Ceramics programs include Brickhouse Ceramics in Long Island City, Educational Alliance, Greenwich House Pottery, Westside Y, and 92nd Street Y. Ceramic groups and alternative centers include Brooklyn Potters and Tribeca Potters.
