This event has ended.

Take was born in Japan, in 1971. He started creating his works of art by himself in 1994. Take creates two-dimensional and three-dimensional works using simple characters called “Simba”. His basic theme for his artworks is “Answerless questions and reasonless smiles”. His works can be seen mainly at his solo exhibition held once a year. At his exhibitions, he tries making a place that holds some vagueness and comfortableness at the same time. From last year, he attempted to make an active exhibition by displaying three-dimensional works that can be touched by the audience, and enabling the audience to actually participate in the exhibition.
