A show by seven New York-based artists of Czech origin addressing the theme of cultural shifts and the influence of relocation on their artistic practice. The show is working with the idea of reversing the traditional melting-pot concept, in which foreign ingredients are melted into a homogenous mass. It proposes: the “pot”, which stands for cultural framing, is what is changed, melted by the reaction inside, taking on a new shape. Curated by Marek Milde.
