“Silt of Sentiment” features three talented Indian women painters. Displayed together the works speak universal language and conjure up many emotions addressing issues such as displacement of time and space, shifting borders of personal and political geographies, notions of loss, rapid deterioration of the environment and women’s continuing struggle for equality.
