"SoHo Night" Program
Artists Space
This event has ended.
In 2008, Michael Portnoy and Vita Zaman embarked on a one year research performance into the libidinal economy of the art world. Anticipating the convulsions of the art market, they chose to embrace and penetrate the minds and bodies of the 100 most powerful specimens in the industry. Time, money and semen were spent in order to create a pornographic archive of the struggle between investment and waste. Their highly sensitive diaries are published as a very limited edition anthology, publicly revealed and partially enacted at Artists Space.
