Photographs from the collection emphasizing cinematic narrative and allegorical iconography. The exhibition features artists from the Collection that allude to Gothic, Noir and Nostalgic sensibilities including John Baldessari, Nayland Blake, Gregory Crewdson, Barbara Ess, Adam Fuss, Nan Goldin, Robert Mapplethorpe, Lorna Simpson and Hiroshi Sugimoto and others. The installation will focus on a sequential layout that underscores the relationship to film, presenting the photographs as story boards for a bigger picture.
