This event has ended.

Themes of the show include art inspired by European art, anthropological, and architectural history and by cross cultural references by Sheila Ernst-Bifano, Rene Murray, and Barbarie Rothstein. Priscilla Proudwoman Stadler, Carole P. Kunstadt, Meagen Svendsen, and Renee Fladen-Kamm speak of "the language of spirituality, faith, our inner selves, and areas of mystery and metaphysics. "Notions of faith and consciousness," "the contrast of the tangible with the ephemeral." "metaphorical exploration of the dialectical tension between science and religion", "literal maps and diaries of states of being." Dare Boles and Roslyn Rose, are inspired by nostalgia, memories, internal dialogue and the universal angst of all human beings or connecting the past with the present. References to political and contemporary themes are reflected in the words and art of: Sandy Tramel, Emily Vines, Susan Bennett and Leo Theinert:"Our troubled contentious times," "turbulent, cursedly interesting times" or "expression of the beauty, the tragedy, and the complexity of the human condition." Humor and the news are the motivating forces behind the work of Isabella Natale and Dennis Quinn.
