This event has ended.

“5 by 4 = 20: Celebrating CMA’s 20th Anniversary” is an exhibition designed to celebrate the diverse artistic experiences and energy that children and adult artists bring to the museum when they come to create. This exhibit invites 4 groups to create five pieces of art, for a total of twenty pieces. The artists were asked to interpret, play with, and abstract on the number 20. These groups include:

* 5 local artists
* 5 CMA Teaching Artists
* 5 collaborative on-site children’s workshops
* 5 visiting groups

Each of these groups used different media to interpret the number 20. The 20 resulting pieces reflect the creative energy and range of art forms that has made CMA such a vibrant artistic space. Media includes painting, printmaking, photography, animation, and much more.
