CRG Gallery

Gallery in The Chelsea 22nd area

CRG Gallery was founded by Carla Chammas, Richard Desroche, and Glenn McMillan in 1990. The three partners share extensive academic and professional experience in contemporary art, have worked for major galleries in both the U.S.A. and Europe, and have established a worldwide reputation in both the primary and secondary art markets.

CRG Gallery opened their first exhibition space on East 71st Street in Manhattan and staged the solo New York debuts of among others, Jean-Marc Bustamante, Mona Hatoum and Jim Hodges.

The gallery quickly outgrew the Upper Eastside townhouse and moved to South SoHo where over the course of six years the roster of gallery artists expanded. In November of 2000, CRG Gallery moved to Chelsea where it makes its spacious new home in a landmark building on one of the busiest streets in the art world today. CRG Gallery represents a well-established group of American and European artists and remains committed to providing exposure to emerging artists from around the world.
