Agape Enterprise is a parlor/exhibition space concentrating on performative artwork joined with elements of social engagement. Set in a former office within a manufacturing building, we accommodate performative projects, discussions and events, and produce a yearly archival catalog. Through the investigation of the mystery of "performativity" entwined with "social engagement" manifested through both ephemeral and material contemporary art practice, Agape Enterprise aims to examine our contemporary cultural climate from interdisciplinary perspectives. We are located in the heart of the artistic community of Bushwick, Brooklyn, in a building that houses a number of other alternative spaces.
