Gallery Korea offers a 2,150-square-foot public forum for art exhibitions that promote cultural exchange. The annual calendar of events consists of group shows featuring artists of varied backgrounds and nationalities. The gallery accommodates works in all media, from paintings and sculpture to multimedia and video art. Gallery Korea is also open to collaboration with other institutions arranging intercultural art exhibitions.
A primary goal of Gallery Korea is to encourage cultural understanding and to provide a site of cultural exchange between Koreans and Western art lovers. Each year, Gallery Korea presents exhibitions devoted to diverse aspects of Korean and Korean diasporic culture, as well as group shows featuring international artists.
