Gallery in The East Chelsea area

ALP GALLERIES, established in 2000 by Maria-Anna Alp, focuses on promoting rising German artists and providing a platform for art transfer. It has won recognition and acclaim in New York for the salon setting of its openings and exhibitions, recreating the atmosphere of traditional European art salons and exhibiting the art in a living environment. Arrangements of regular visits with artist’s studios in New York complement its activities.

One of the projects of ALP GALLERIES is the creation of an art axis across three continents, America, Europe and Asia, as represented by three important cultural and economic metropolitan centers: New York, Frankfurt and Shanghai. The Gallery is a regular exhibitor at Art Shanghai, Shanghai, China.
