Jason Rulnick opened in New York in November 2006. The gallery specializes in the secondary market of several established artists including works by Sol LeWitt and Yayoi Kusama, and also presents work from emerging and mid-career artists.

The gallery was formed through private treaty sales of investment quality works that were presented for viewing in Jason Rulnick's apartment since 2003.
