Add this to my venues

James Goodman opened his first public art gallery in Buffalo, NY in 1958, where he showed works by both Contemporary American artists and established Modern masters. He subsequently moved his gallery to New York in 1967. The gallery exhibits paintings, sculpture, and works on paper by established Modern and Contemporary artists, with a particular emphasis on the American Pop movement. In 2002, the James Goodman Gallery began a partnership with Max Lang Fine Art. In February 2006 James Goodman and Max Lang opened a 4000 square foot gallery in Chelsea. This gallery, Max Lang (Lang Goodman LLC), focuses on the development of a more contemporary secondary market in New York.
