Taxter & Spengemann was founded in the summer of 2003 by Kelly Taxter and Pascal Spengemann, and opened to the public in September 2003. We seek to foster the growth of emerging artists and allow their careers to begin slowly rather than all-at-once and, in turn, open up the market to new collectors.
