Pierogi, 'dumplings' in Polish, is an artist run gallery, which has monthly solo shows featuring the work of emerging and mid-career artists.

The 'flat files' are also an important aspect of Pierogi and began with the idea of making artwork available to a larger audience. They are house portfolios of original works by 700+ artists. The 'flat files' have already been exhibited in several big cities in Europe and America.

Pierogi Press is another initiative, a bi-annual literary and arts journal featuring the work of under-represented, as well as well known, contemporary authors and visual artists. The cover of each issue, produced in limited edition, is the work of a different artist, which is hand silk-screened and signed by the artist.
