New York Artists Association presents Keep, a group exhibition.

Keep investigates collage as a method of making, rather than the material, paper. The works range from textiles, ceramic, paint, beading, knit, found object, embroidery. The work is bound by method. Material found, sourced, assembled and kept.

Keep is guest curated by Caroline Boreri. An artist, curator living and working in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Her personal work is rooted in curation. A found object artist, who identifies her work as documentary: guided by the specificity of material and the stories they carry that tell of class, regionality and heritage.
