Sublimation at Stellar Projects
The six interdisciplinary artists in AMBIENT SPACE OF DIMENSION investigate iconographies, mythologies, and themes under continuous deformation and fluctuation. In a time and future where images are ubiquitous and our ways of seeing are swift, these artists measure and decipher visual cues, deconstructing and subsequently reconstructing new meaning. Pushing the boundaries of materiality, these artists displace content while uncovering illusions that transform shape, substance, and situation. This process manifests a reflexive practice of questioning the formation of subjectivity; and how desire, consumption, and even some natures are transcribed, customized, and codified.
