James Cohan presents an exhibition of new work by Spencer Finch. Over the summer, the artist re-read all 1789 poems that Emily Dickinson wrote in her lifetime. The work in this exhibition is a response to that reading. It includes works on paper in various media as well as photographs in various formats. This is Finch’s third solo exhibition at James Cohan.
