Featuring work by sculptor and installation artist Eleni Giannopoulou and painters Danica Lundy and Isaac Mann, this exhibition marks the beginning of each artist’s promising career and the culmination of their year-long fellowships.
Each year, the Academy selects three outstanding graduates of its MFA program as Chubb Fellows. The fellowship, sponsored by Chubb, is the highest honor the Academy bestows, and includes studio accommodations, a year-end exhibit and a generous stipend. This year’s fellows all received an MFA at the Academy in 2017 and have exhibited in group and solo shows in New York, Toronto, Beijing, Florence, Vancouver and Berlin.
