Organized by Alexis Wilkinson (Knockdown Center’s Director Exhibitions and Live Art), Chloë Bass: The Book of Everyday Instruction features works that I’ve made from 2015 - 2018, from all eight chapters of my extensive project about one-on-one social interaction. The specifics of the Knockdown Center also allow for new site-specific interventions (including flags, a special cocktail menu, and more), performance programs, and a book launch. I couldn’t imagine a better place to bring this project to a close, and I hope you can come celebrate.
