This event has ended.
Long Island City Flux Factory presents Humorgous Smorgasbord, a group exhibition of artworks utilizing incongruity through live performance, video, sculpture and writing. Most of you probably won’t make it out to see the show. You’ll likely have other plans during the Friday night opening and performances on September 8th. Or let’s guess, can’t make it to an old-fashioned smörgåsbord dinner with artist presentations on Thursday, September 14th. So, what’s funny?
The exhibition is supported as one of Flux Factory’s 2017 Major Exhibitions, co-curated by artists in residence
Sarah Dahlinger and Danny Crump. Additional funding and support from Poets and Writers, Zabar’s, and in kind donations from Materials for the Arts. The show will be on view through Saturday, September 16th. Gallery hours and screenings are September 9-10, and 15-16 from 1-6pm, or by appointment.
