ART 101 ushers in the New Year with an exhibition of works by Jane Freeman, Bix Lye and Dee Shapiro.
All three have shown regularly in the New York area and beyond; their work is known and appreciated by many.
Jane Freeman’s small watercolors and gouaches will be on view. Her body of work ranges from miniature constructions (she is the author of The Art of the Miniature) to paintings myriad in concerns: novels, nautical scenes, cityscapes, flora, fauna, and abstraction.
