The artist pursues a form of abstraction in the management of the color palette, using this palette to bring his characters to life and examine the evolution of character through color.

Juan Gonzalez Uribe was born in Medellin, Colombia in 1968. He is a figurative artist, and has exhibited his work in Spain , UK , Belgium, Colombia , and the USA. His work reveals great sensitivity to issues such as individual introspection, wich has become the hallmark of the painter’s work.
