99¢ Plus presents The Plant Show, an exhibition of objects made by contemporary artists with the function of bringing plant life into the home.
The Plant Show is the second in a series of exhibitions at 99¢ Plus Gallery which focus on the home and the objects in them - the sculptural objects to which we ascribe a function - put a light/ a flower/ some food / or rest our bums in.
Objects range from more typical modes of execution - such as a vase or flower box - to representations that abstractly fulfill this function.
Plants provided by our lovely neighbors, Florenzia’s Flower Shop.
