“I have seen many serious issues growing up in Chicago. Issues that deserve our attention because they demonstrate our society. Issues of Contemporary art.
“Our Dark Comedy” makes light of a real serious issue, lost of life in Chicago. This level of chaos and suffering has been so trivialized, Chicago is developing it’s own grotesque genre. One can only think the general perception is who cares!!…and that’s comical to the point that it’s a joke.
Sympathizing with figures left isolated and remote but with a strong since of values, personal ideals, and worldliness.”
