“The Border Crossed Me” Exhibition

The Border Crossed Me features the work of women artists considering the emotional, psychological and physiological effects of immigration and migration due to political upheaval, religious intolerance, armed conflicts, land grabs and dispossession. The exhibition will tackle the disempowerment of the individual, family and culture that occurs over these political borders.
Artists include Blanka Amezkua, Dina Bursztyn, Alva Calymayor, Patricia Cazorla, Ada Pilar Cruz, Maria Dominguez, Miriam Hernandez, Antonia Perez, Nitza Tufiño, Mary Valverde, Catalina Viejo.
