Symbiosis in nature is such an arcane interaction. Like the bees and birds, they dwell upon each other intimately, in order to survive. The relationship between the trees and humans are similar - Both dialogize with each other, surmounting a harmonious bond within the environment.

Through the luxuriant artworks portrayed in the trees, Maran An reminisces the communications between the nature and a man. The symbolism expressed in the artwork can be explained as the communication existing among the men and trees, which lingers a unique relationship that whispers throughout. The intricate details contained in the artwork, truly demonstrates the perfect unity between two lives. Using the mixture of stone powder and paints, An roughens the edges of the materials by visualizing the picture in a larger view; finalizing a masterpiece that links the symbiotic relationships.

The true motive of An’s artworks is to provide “the fresh and brisk air of forest where people could lighten their heavy burdens and take breaks without any doubt.” Instead of seeing the world in a bland view, she inputs vibrant colors and peaceful nature in order to portray her view of Arcadia- A place of peace and harmony.
