“North by Northeast-Yankee Invasion” Exhibition

Artist, David Fenn has gathered together Connecticut area talent for a group exhibit entitled: North by Northeast-Yankee Invasion. There is a long and great tradition of art and artists creating art in Connecticut. This show features seasoned Yankee artists as well as up and coming new artists to explore.
Members of Northeastern Connecticut’s Swift Waters Artisans Cooperative along with several other Quiet Corner Connecticut artists will exhibit their art for one month at gallery onetwentyeight, the longest continuously running gallery in New York City’s Lower East Side, run by artist, Kazuko Miyamoto.
Artists in the exhibit include: Melica Bloom, David Fenn, Andre Guerette, Stan Kaplan, Ben Keller, Maggie Kendis, Jeff Levilne, Ne’ Ne’, Karen Olson, Devin Reese, Arthur Roberts, Lynita Shimizu, Laura Sinsigallo, Shirlee Sheathelm, Barbara Timberman, Annie Wandell, Mickey Welles, and Dick Wolf.
