If This Is Left, What About Right? brings together new works by Ross Iannatti, Eric Mack, and Jesse Wine. Bearing the traces of physical encounters and unidentified narratives, the works perform as both remnants and representations of past actions. The materials, ranging from Iannatti’s deflated airbags and Mack’s worn jeans, to Wine’s molded clay, suggest a multitude of origins and tentative figurative histories.

Ross Iannatti (b. 1988 in Chesapeake, VA) received his BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University and is currently pursuing his MFA at the Milton-Avery Graduate School of the Arts at Bard College. Iannatti has held three solo shows to date, most recently at Croy Nielsen, Berlin, DE, in 2013. His work has been included in group exhibitions at galleries inclulding James Fuentes, New York, NY; Higher Pictures, New York, NY; REFERENCE Art Gallery, Richmond, VA; CUE Art Foundation, New York, NY; and Open Space, Baltimore, MD. He currently lives and works in Rhinebeck, NY.

Eric Mack (b. 1987 in Columbia, MD) graduated from The Cooper Union before receiving his MFA from Yale University. His work has been included in exhibitions at galleries and institutions such as The Studio Museum in Harlem, New York, NY; David Nolan Gallery, New York, NY; Anna Kustera Gallery, New York, NY, Signal Gallery, Brooklyn, NY, and Mason Gross Galleries at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ. He currently lives and works in New York, NY.

Jesse Wine (b. 1983 in Chester, UK) graduated from Camberwell College of Arts before receiving his MA in sculpture from the Royal College of Art, London, UK. He has held solo shows at Limoncello, London, UK; CO2 Gallery, Rome IT; Hayward Gallery, London, UK; and Franklin Parrasch Gallery, New York, NY. His work has been included in exhibitions at galleries such as The Moving Museum, London, UK; Rokeby, London, UK; V22, London, UK; and Kunstverein Familie Montez, Frankfurt, DE. He currently lives and works in London, UK.
