Twenty-seven artists infuse their imaginations with the floral world, inviting us into their New York Eden. At Luise Ross Gallery we see Steve Lovi’s single poppy photograph, Bill Traylor’s stylized plant drawing, and Farrell Brickhouse’s gestural painting with dried flowers, among others. Even fake and dead flowers are artistic fodder for Hai Zhang’s floral portrait. Painting, drawing, photography, collage, sculpture, and prints all welcome springtime. Stop and smell the roses in this dazzling visual garden!
