George Billis Gallery presents the group exhibition Industrial Beauty featuring the work of 32 selected artists.
Industrial Beauty is the gallery’s second group exhibition of the summer. Selected artists will showcase work that explores the beauty found within the modern metropolis. The work encompasses the essentials of urban life; ranging from depictions of diverse populations roaming city streets to solitudinous intersections basking in the sunlight.
The show brings together artists whose artworks show a comprehension and vision of the urban allure. Artworks span from Karen Woods’ rainy city streets seen from the inside of a car to Harvey Gordon’s sprawling Upper East Side scenes.
