“Landscapes of the Soul” Exhibition

The Gabarron Foundation is pleased to announce the upcoming exhibition entitled Landscapes of the Soul, which will bring together 42 works by 22 photographers from Castile and Leon. Curated by Gabriel Villamil and Carlos Aganzo, these 42 Visions of Castile and Leon inspired six poets from the historical Spanish region to create a poem for each of the seven different images. This exhibition contributes to exploring the roles that art and culture play in shaping the physical, social and economic futures of our communities; from the rural to the urban landscapes of nine provinces (Avila, Burgos, León, Palencia, Salamanca, Segovia, Soria, Valladolid and Zamora) that altogether constitute the biggest region of the European Union and treasures over 50% of the artistic patrimony in all of Spain.
